Earlier this year, Melbourne five-piece Snakadaktal announced that they would be embarking on their first ever national headline tour, accompanied by Sydney’s sweetheart, Elizabeth Rose.
The friends have experienced a truly overwhelming response to the tour. Tickets began to quickly fly out the door after the first announcement and continued at an even rapider pace after the band snatched up the 22nd spot in the Hottest 100 with their radio-favourite single ‘Air’.
Over the weekend Snakadaktal were thrilled to let fans know that they have announced additional shows at the Northcote Social Club in Melbourne and Ed Castle in Adelaide to meet demand from fans that missed out on tickets to the already sold out shows in these cities.
The five friends who make up Snakadaktal are now set to release a new single from their stellar and critically acclaimed EP in the form of a stunning track, playfully titled "Carnival (Lobster Monster)”. The track features Sean Heathcliff's echoing voice jumping and skipping amongst the somewhat delicate musical notes which were self-produced by the band in guitarist Joseph Clough parent's house.

As a thank you to their fans, Snakadaktal also are releasing a 6 track "Swim School" Remix Tour EP that will be available by download to every punter who purchases a pre-sold concert ticket from online ticketing companies for the tour.
